Roll out strudel dough with the pasta machine

Such a pasta machine is a nice thing. Once the dough has been kneaded, it can easily be chased through the rollers.
This fits noodles, ravioli, dumplings, lasagna leaves, spring rolls - but also for pastry!

Now, the usual width of the dough strip but with 12-15 cm too little for a whirlpool.

So I just lay a few strips of dough next to each other, slightly overlapping and cover the strudel as usual and roll it up.

You can roll out the dough so thinly that you do not have to pull it off the back of the hand.

The strudel can be baked on the baking sheet - in wafer-thin dough - or - in a slightly thicker dough - as a "millet strudel" in the pure.
