Rosemary garlic oil

I like to use different flavored oils when cooking. This one is great for potato dishes, e.g. Fried potatoes, but also for steaks.

You need:

  • 3-4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1- 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 500 ml of olive oil

Preparation:

Cut the garlic into thin slices, add to a bottle with rosemary and sea salt and leave for about 4 weeks. Then filter and transfer to another bottle.

Is also great as a gift idea.
