Salmon and potato gratin

Ingredients for 4 persons:

600 g boiled and cooled jacket potatoes
150 g creme fraiche
1 tablespoon dill tips
Juice from a lemon
Salt, pepper to taste
400 g smoked salmon in slices

First, the boiled jacket potatoes are freed from their shell and then cut into evenly thin slices.
Mix cream fraiche with dill and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.


Grease small portion molds and lay out with a layer of potatoes. Then a layer of salmon and then a layer of cream. Complete the same procedure again and with potatoes.
Put a little bit of pepper on top and bake for about 20 minutes in the oven at about 160 ° C.

If you do not have small molds, you can also take a small springform and then serve the portions in "cake pieces".

Who wants to do the whole thing with some salad. Great as a starter.
