Sauerkraut minced Pizza

500g mixed or minced pork
300g sauerkraut
250g grated cheese
9 slices of beer ham
1 bottle of red seasoning sauce (gypsy, steak or curry sauce)
1 pizza dough (ready to be packed)
but you can also do it yourself
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic

Fry the chopped, the onion and the garlic in the pan crumbly.

Mix the chopped, the sauerkraut and the seasoning sauce with each other.

Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Then spread the minced meat on the pizza dough and top with beer ham. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 30 min.
