Schnitzel rosti sour cream Gratin

For about 4 (hungry) persons

You need:

4 turkey schnitzel
2 packs of rösti dough (Pfanni)
2 cups sour cream (200g)
1 bag of grated Emmentaler (250g)


Fast and easy:

Put the rösti dough, sour cream and, depending on your taste, the grated Emmentaler in a bowl and mix. Cut the schnitzel into small pieces, sauté briefly with salt, pepper and whatever you like, spice it up.

Put everything in a casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Recirculation oven: 180 degrees
Upper and lower heat: 200 degrees

In addition a delicious salad.
