Scrambled eggs with dates for breakfast
The tip I got then in the study, by an Iranian roommate.
I've done this morning again.
Fry the dates (pitted) with butter, then add 2 eggs and stir. Ready and tastes great!

Why then a discussion forum?I like eggs, and I like dates. To unite them in the pan would never come to my mind. It should be allowed to say that without first considering whether it might interest everyone else. In this way, there would be no more spontaneous utterances, and I think that would be a pity.
