Sawdust cake with tangerines

This sawdust cake with tangerines is always a pleasure for us.
ingredients
pie crust
- 250 g of margarine
- 250 g of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- 1 pck of baking soda
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
covering
- 2-3 cans of tangerines
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1,5 pck. Paradise cream vanilla
- 4 tbsp sugar
topping
- 100 g of grated coconut
- 80 - 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
preparation
- Mix the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake at 160 ° (circulating air) for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Drain the mandarins well in a colander and then spread on the cake base.
- Mix all the ingredients for the topping and then spread on the cake bottom (with the tangerines).
- Heat the ingredients for the topping together in a pan until the grated coconut turns slightly brownish. Attention: they are getting too dark!
- Then sprinkle this "sawdust" on the sour cream layer.
