Fried potato cake

ingredients

  • 1 x pizza dough to roll out with tomato sauce (for example from Aldi)
  • 1 x 450g TK Fried Potato Bag by Edeka / Aldi
  • 1 x 250g quark
  • 1 x 200ml cup of sour cream
  • 1 x 200ml sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 200g grated Gouda
  • 100g air-dried sausage or salami cold cuts
  • 1 small dose of mushrooms
  • 1 tomato sauce
  • 1 bag of onion soup
  • 1-2 bag of TK herbs, garlic, salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. For the sauce, whisk the sour cream, quark, sour cream, milk, herbs, onion soup, tomato sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Then pour the sauce on the dough. Now distribute the potato slices, mushrooms, and Mettwurst.
  4. Finish with the grated Gouda cheese and bake the pizza at 200 ° C on the bottom rail for about 20-30 minutes.
