Sour cheese

Ingredients:
2 pieces Romadur
1 onion
vinegar
oil
Pepper salt
chives

Preparation:

Cut the onions into small rings. Make a marinade with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and let the onions stir.


Clean the cheese (remove the red smear), cut into slices, spread on the plate and add the marinated onions.

Chop the chives, sprinkle over and serve.

For a really nice marinade, let the onions in the vinegar-oil mixture be covered in the fridge overnight (who also likes the cheese!).

With bread of your choice.
