Schlemmer cuts

Ingredients:
8 slices of white bread, 50g butter, 150g ham, 2 eggs, 50g margarine, breadcrumbs

Preparation:
Cut off the bark from the slices of white bread. Brush 2 slices of bread with butter and then with finely chopped ham, fold together, squeeze with a wooden board. Whisk the eggs, turning the slices in them until the liquid is used up. Press in bread crumbs and bake crispy brown on both sides in the hot margarine. With salad a quick dinner.
