Stuffed tomatoes with feta

  • 8 medium-sized vine tomatoes
  • Brunch peppers & hot peppers
  • Feta with herbs

preparation

Simply cut off the lid of the tomatoes and hollow them out with a teaspoon (you can throw away the contents or boil a soup). Then fill the tomatoes about halfway with brunch and give on top of Feta cubes (I always push them in a bit, then fits in more). Put the lid back on the tomatoes and wrap them individually in aluminum foil so that the opening is on top. Put the tomatoes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Baguette with garlic or herb butter or pure. Is a delicious appetizer and also on a buffet for parties.
