Spaghetti salad with chives and garlic oil

500g spaghetti
Garlic oil (homemade or for example from Kattus)
1 large bunch of chives
salt
pepper

Cook the spaghetti (break as desired) until firm, allow to cool. Then marinate with the garlic oil, salt, pepper and add the chopped chives.

The salad can be refined with crumbled feta or Balkan cheese or cocktail tomato, as you like.

Sounds totally simple, but tastes great and fits great with grilled, also fits on every cold buffet.
