Spaghetti with truffle butter

Spaghetti with "truffles" can be prepared super light and comparatively cheap.

Recipe for 4 persons:

400 g spaghetti, about 4 or 5 tbsp olive oil with truffle / truffle flavor, instead of real truffles you just take truffle butter (lots of it) 3,4,5 etc. garlic cloves, (cut in half, chop - as always) salt and colored pepper the mill.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water while heating the oil in a small saucepan, add the garlic and let it simmer. Drain the spaghetti and mix generously with truffle butter. Depending on the taste, remove or leave the garlic. Whatever you want. Arrange the spaghetti on a plate and pour over the olive oil. Finally, add the pepper over the spaghetti.

The advantage is that you simply save a lot of money - the butter is already available from about 1.60 EURO at a discount store with a big A ;-), because real truffles are super expensive and the preparation requires more practice. The oil and the butter together give a strong aroma. The taste experience is just wonderful AND it can be varied individually. But if possible please take no Parmesan or something like that, it does not really fit here.
