Stuffed vegetarian peppers (cheese filling)
Ingredients for stuffed, vegetarian peppers of a different kind, with cheese filling:
- 3 colorful peppers (halve lengthwise and wash)
- 1 pck of grated cheese
- 1 feta cheese
- 1 mozarella
- 1 complete egg
- Knobi
- Pepper, salt, paprika ... maybe a little chili
preparation
- Mix the cheese completely with a fork or food processor, add egg to taste and to taste Knobi (3-4 toes go there already) and season with pepper, salt, paprika and possibly chili.
- Then fill the halves of the pepper with it, place it on a plate or in a casserole dish and put it into the oven.
- Approximately 180 degrees, 20+ minutes (until a light tan is achieved).
- Fresh Baquette fits best, but also rice or noodles fit.
- If a pepper is accidentally left over, then it tastes cold quite well!
