Sometimes I like to bake these baking rolls (Fertigbrötchen), which you get in every supermarket, no matter if it's on the shelf or in the freezer. And unfortunately it has happened to me quite often that they were just too crisp and I broke apart when slicing or biting.

Especially very annoying if you want to take them with you on the way. I just throw my bread after baking in a short butter bag or something similar, you know, this plastic. 1 - 2 minutes are enough. Due to the hot steam that collects in the bag, the bun gets a little less crispy and can be sliced ​​and of course eat well.
