Worn suede again like new

For example, worn and speckled suede (eg on shoes) will look like new again.

Of course, the leather must first be cleared of coarse dirt. This is best in my opinion with warm water and a soft brush. In order to put the suede in a visually new condition, it should be dry. Take a fine copper or brass wire brush (hardware store or tool shop) and begin to work the leather in a slightly visible place. You should brush in different directions to find out which gives the best result. It makes sense to exert a little more pressure, on the one hand to remove the remaining dirt from the material, and on the other hand to roughen the smooth and greasy areas again.

First remove the laces on shoes, so that they are not unnecessarily damaged, possibly cover sensitive areas (heels etc.) with a painter's crepe to protect them from the metal bristles. Then impregnate well, let it dry - done!
