Alexander's salad sauce from Basel

200ml herbal vinegar, 4g garlic, 30g onions, 30g mild mustard, 10g spice or seasoning mixture, 8g salt, 3g pepper, 3g salad herbs fresh or slightly more dried, 1 whole egg (for those who like spicy 1 small chilli ausm Asia shop) ,

Chop all ingredients in the blender very well, then mix with 500ml oil (change varieties) and mix 350ml water well.

This sauce lasts a good two weeks in the fridge - if it should last for so long * fg *. Stir well before serving. It tastes delicious with all salads and vegetables, which are eaten raw or cooked. Do not forget cereal side dishes (pumpkin, sunflower, pine and almond rasps). Have fun and "en Guete" (Swiss German for: good appetite).
