- 1 spoon of rapeseed oil
- 1 spoonful of whole milk
- 1 spoonful of vinegar
- Salt, pepper, a little mustard
- Herbs, onions, garlic to taste

The salad dressing becomes creamy if you stir well oil, milk and mustard before adding vinegar. Then add spices and only at the very end the vinegar. Salad sauce becomes so much lighter than adding mayonnaise or cream to the oil.
