Uromas anise cookies. These cookies have already baked my great-grandma, who comes from the Bergisches Land. As you know, you appreciate good food.

The instructions - stir by hand - should be followed. At first I did not believe it and stirred it with the blender. The cookies did not get the typical "hat".
- Mix sugar and eggs by hand for 20 minutes! Add flour and acai grains and mix.
- From this mass 1 Euro large cookies are sprayed onto a greased, floured sheet with a piping bag. It gives 3 sheets.
- Important: Allow to dry overnight in a warm room.
- The next morning for 14 minutes at 135 ° more to dry than baking.
