oatmeal cookies
- 500g oatmeal with
- Mix 400g of hot butter, let cool and
- 400g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1P baking soda and last
- Add 3 eggs.
Make a heap with a teaspoon (not too big and not too close together, as the cookies in the oven get bigger!)
Bake at 150 degrees for a few minutes.
Attention, rather first make half of this recipe, so you get already about 3 black sheets (about 20 cookies per sheet)
