Apple pie with pudding filling
Dough:
250 g flour
1 egg
125g margarine
1/2 pack. baking powder
Make a dough from the ingredients. Put the dough in a greased springform pan and pull it up a bit. Peel 8 apples (Boskop), remove the core casing, leave the apples whole. Put on the dough.
Molding:
3/4 liter cream (4 x 200g)
75g sugar
1 pack. vanilla sugar
1 pack. vanilla pudding
Mix the pudding and sugar with a little cream, bring the remaining cream to a boil and stir in the pudding, then pour hot on the apples. Bake at 175 degrees for 70 minutes. Leave the cake cold and take it out of shape after 24 hours.
