Apple porridge with meringue

applesauce
- Approximately 8-10 medium sized apples
- Approximately 2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
- Approximately 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)
meringue
- 6-8 egg whites
- 100 g of powdered sugar
preparation
- Apples, wash, peel, dice and core. (The apples do not necessarily have to be peeled.)
- Cook in a saucepan with a little water for about 15 minutes.
- If you like you can sweeten with sugar and season with cinnamon.
- If the apples are soft-boiled, mash with a blender.
- Put the apple porridge in a casserole dish (about L 26 / D 18 / H 6cm).
- Now beat the egg whites to snow while slowly adding the powdered sugar.
- Distribute the solid egg yolks on the apple porridge.
- Put in the oven.
