Baked lemon potatoes

Here is a delicious side dish that brings the summer again a little closer.

For 2 people:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 - 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 stalks of rosemary
  • butter
  • Salt pepper

preparation

Peel the potatoes (uncooked) and cut into slices, place on a baking tray / baking dish. Season evenly with salt and pepper. Cut the Knobi into small cubes or thin slices and distribute evenly on the potatoes.

Squeeze half a lemon and slice the other half. Spread the lemon juice over the potatoes and also distribute the slices over / next to the potato slices. Now add the 2 sprigs of rosemary and place butter flakes (depending on your taste) on and next to the potatoes (this will make them nice and crunchy)

Cook at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes (when golden brown and soft they are good).

Every time something "turn around" they are on all sides nice and crispy.
