Baked spaghetti nests
Have a super delicious recipe for spaghetti lovers who want something different.
500 g spaghetti
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tbsp flour
Salt pepper
1 onion
500 g of tomatoes in pieces (can),
2 stems of basil
200 g spring onions,
200 g cooked ham
100g Mozarella or Gouda
1 tbsp olive oil
Cook the noodles, dice the onions, finely chop basil. Sauté onion in hot oil until glassy, stir with tomato paste. Dust the flour, deglaze with tomatoes and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
Cut the spring onions into rings, dice the ham and cut the cheese into pieces. Drain the noodles. Mix ham, spring onions and pasta. Put the sauce in a greased roasting pan.
Wrap the noodles into nests and place them on top. Spread the cheese over it. Bake in preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
Tastes great and is not just boring spaghetti !!!
