Spaghetti with bacon, white wine and lemon sauce
What you need:
- bacon
- 1 onion
- broth (250 ml)
- white wine (140 ml)
- Creme Fraiche (120 g)
- 1 lemon (7 tablespoons lemon juice)
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
For the sauce:
Fry bacon (minced) in oil, add onions (also minced). After a short searing (about 5 min) add white wine broth mixture. Simmer for 3 minutes and then add the creme fraiche-lemon mixture and mix. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, cook briefly and you're done! On the spaghetti and good appetite!
