Tortellini with salmon and gorgonzola sauce - noble but cheap!
Buy 1 x 500 g of fresh pre-cooked tortellini from the refrigerated rack
(taste better than the dried ones from the noodle rack).
1 pack of smoked salmon
3 packets of gorgonzola cheese (from the fridge shelf - is cheaper than at the cheese counter)
2 x 250g cream
1 bunch of dill (dill from the dumpling if necessary)
1/4 bottle of sparkling wine (possibly dry) or 1 piccolo
2 onions
Cut the onions into small cubes and lightly fry in oil in a saucepan (!). Then add the cream + the sparkling wine. Add some pepper and then the gorgonzola (cut into cubes)
to. Bring to a boil and stir vigorously.
Attention: Cheese dissolves in general with acid (sparkling wine or lemon juice) best. If you do not want to use alcohol, or you can just add a few liters of lemon juice to the cream
The sauce may prepare in the morning. Well-pulled, it tastes better.
Just before the meal, put on the tortellini (see package), which only take about 2-3 minutes and cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.
Tortellini and sauce together in a pot - stir well and just before serving the salmon.
On the plate a little dill over it! As icing on the cake, so to speak!
The dish is super easy, but makes a powerful impression!
