"Owned" noodles - not gourmet food but delicious & easy
When I could not cook so well and had less time, these noodles were always great to conjure up a smile with my daughter. It's not gourmet food, but delicious and easy!
For two to three people take 250 g of pasta - croissant macaroni, ear noodles, or Fussili - cook according to instructions with salt al dente.
Drain, leave some pasta water with the pasta in the pot (about half a cup) back on the hot Herplatte and stir:
Half a packet of cream cheese, Philadelphia or something OR a cup of crème fraiche, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 small tin of peas, a piece of meat sausage (about 10 cm long in small cubes) with salt, a few drops of Tabasco, and again warm well. Everything happens in the pasta cooker! There should be no sauce, so the Nuden only "besoßt". If it is too soggy, a dash of milk. It tastes ketchup.
I now have many sophisticated variants but that's the prototype!
