- 150 g minced beef
- 1 large leek rod
- 3 packets of cream cheese
- 1 packet of herbs cheese spread
- 1-2 teaspoons vegetable broth (powder)
- Oil or clarified butter
- Salt pepper
preparation
- In a larger pot give her oil or butter lard.
- If your oil is hot, put the minced in small portions in the pot. Sauté briefly until it has taken on color.
- Now add the chopped leek and let it get color shortly.
- Now add 900 ml of warm water and the vegetable broth.
- Now put the processed cheese in the pot and let it simmer slowly. Not cook!
- When the cheese is dissolved and the leek is soft, everything tastes good.
Annotation:
If the soup is too thick, add water to it.
This tastes baguette or rolls.
