Lentil soup on the style of the house

About lentil soup has already been said a lot. Here's the recipe I take. First shopping:

A pack of bacon
Sure, lentils - today there are many that you do not have to soak
A bunch of birch trees
Wiener sausages
Potatoes (5-7 depending on size)
onions

For spices you need salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, pure vinegar (no frills).

Let's go.
Place water, about two liters, lentils and bacon pure and boil. The lenses open (so many lenses, so much liquid) (possibly add liquid, remember, the potatoes are supposed to be cooked).

After about three quarters of an hour, you take out the streaky bacon and put it aside. In this three-quarters of an hour you peeled the soup vegetables, the potatoes, cut the onion, the potato too. Because they come to it now - so onion pure, soup vegetables in, pure potato. Another half hour on the stove.

In the meantime chop the bacon and chop the parsley.

After half an hour, add the sliced bacon, thyme and half of the parsley, season to taste, possibly add water. Ten more minutes on the stove. Add the wieners to warm them. Some cut them small before, I prefer the variant to give them in as a whole.

Then on the table are the plates and the spoons, a bottle of "honest" vinegar and mustard, oh and the rest of the parsley. Just home-cooked food - my kids love it and the quantities I then make enough for another day - warmed up is better for some dishes.

PS: It depends a lot on the cooking time of the lenses. You have to pay attention to what's on the package.
