White cabbage soup

ingredients
- 1 L vegetable stock
- 1 medium white cabbage
- 500 g minced half & half
- salt
- pepper
- 750 g potatoes peeled fresh
- some margarine

- Cut the cabbage into strips. Dice potatoes.
- Season minced meat with salt and pepper. Divide the sliced cabbage into three portions, as well as the potatoes and the mince.
- Put some margarine in a tall pot. Slice in a portion of white cabbage, minced meat and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add ingredients layer by layer until potatoes are on top. Add broth and simmer for about 45 minutes.
- In between, stir. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
