Raspberry dream - almost without calories

ingredients

Basic recipe:

  • 250 g of low-fat quark
  • 1 -2 cups of frozen raspberries
  • Vanilla sugar or sugar to taste (I take about 4 -5 tablespoons) - you can also take sweetener
  • 1 - 2 drops of lemon juice
  • 4 - 6 tablespoons milk

Simple, fast, low in calories, always delicious:

Quark with milk, vanilla sugar (I always take home-made: scratch out a vanilla pod, put in a jar, scratched out pod, after about 4 days you already have vanilla sugar.) Can replenish, about 10 times

Mix everything well (depending on the desired consistency). If the whole thing is still too firm, you can add a dash of mineral water.

You have to try for yourself how you like it! Mostly eat the quark for breakfast and then add flaxseed - then make it more liquid (more milk) than when I make it for dessert. If you stir gelatin (2 sachets of dry gelatin) underneath and fill the mixture into a springform (cold rinsed): great cake for a fat-free diet.
