Remove label adhesive residue

There are many more or less good tips for removing labels from bottles or jars, but very often I have had the problem that some labels still have ugly, stubborn residues of glue that are hard to remove.

Even with gasoline or benzine still remains a greasy residue on the glass back, you can not get away completely. Then I tried it once with a glass ceramic cleaner - and indeed, it worked wonderfully! The adhesive residues are thus completely easy to remove completely!

However, there are sometimes very stubborn adhesive residue, where I use a wire brush before cleaning, then they can be removed well.
