Infused Water for Midsommar

In the summer I make almost daily Infused Water, so my mineral water tastes better, more varied and healthy it is. With regard to the approaching Midsommar, I have picked out my Swedish recipe:

ingredients

  • 125 g fresh blueberries
  • 1 bottle of mineral water
  • 6 stalks of rosemary
  • 1 small organic lemon sliced
  • 12 leaves of lemon balm

preparation

Put all the ingredients in a suitable screw-cap jar and leave to rest well for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.

I usually let it rest a day longer, which intensifies the taste! I have a large herb garden and both a lemon and an orange tree and I like to experiment with other ingredients.

If you prefer something more alcoholic, you can add a splash of sparkling wine before serving - Skål.?
