Beetmeat with smoked pork and cooked sausage

1 turnip
500 g of carrots
1 onion
broth

1kg Kasseler in a piece
4 cooked sausages

500-750 g of potatoes


Peel and dice the turnip. Peel carrots and slice. Dice the onion.

Fry the onions in a large saucepan in a little fat, add the carrots and beets briefly with the oil. Add the casserole to the casserole and pour everything with broth. Add the cooked sausage and simmer over medium heat for about 1 hour.

Peel potatoes and cook. Remove sausage and meat from the pot. Drain turnips and carrots and catch the broth. Drain the potatoes. Stir the beets and carrots, always adding a little broth. Add potatoes and stir.

Finally add some butter and season with salt and pepper. Slice casselerer.
