Bergamot against herpes
I have to fight since childhood with herpes in the lip and nose area. Have already tried everything possible, unfortunately only with moderate success. Since Christmas 2011 I regularly use bergamot. And it helps a lot!
Only now after 1 1/2 years I have again a small cold sore on the lip. At the first sign or to prevent bending, rub bergamot on the finger and the affected area several times a day - also has a disinfectant effect.
The herpes blisters do not grow larger and the existing ones become crusts within two days. I highly recommend it. Always have a bottle of bergamot in my purse.
