Biscuit roll never breaks again

Often one has the problem with biscuit rolls, that the soil breaks when rolling. This does not happen anymore:

Before you put the baking paper on the plate, "pad" this with 2-3 layers of newspaper, cut to the size of the sheet. On the newspaper comes the baking paper, then on it the dough. This works with every biscuit dough!

When the dough is ready baked, it is thrown onto a sugar-sprinkled kitchen towel and rolled up immediately, then allowed to cool. If it is lukewarm, you can apply the filling and roll it back together.

The dough does not break anymore and you get a biscuit roll as painted!
