Biscuit roulade with apricot jam
4 eggs (snow)
15 dag / 150 g of sugar
15 dag / 150 g of flour and
1 shot glass of oil and
1 shot glass of water
Beat the yolk, sugar, oil and water until fluffy. Carefully fold in the flour and snow. Spread the mixture on baking tray with paper and bake lightly at 200 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. Remove paper, spread with hot apricot jam and roll up immediately. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
