- 1 egg
- 1 cup of sour cream, mix both
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 packet of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 400 g of flour
preparation
Mix everything together, spread on a greased sheet, cover with fruit (no matter which and whether fresh or out of the glass) and bake at about 150 - 170 degrees in a hot air oven for about 40 minutes.
