Wrong yeast cake for a baking sheet

There are people who are totally scared of making yeast cake, for which the recipe is just right!

My grandma was also afraid of it and therefore always buk the wrong yeast cake, which we also tasted good. I also bake it occasionally if I have no yeast at hand.


It also saves a lot of time, because this dough does not have to go.

ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 10 tbsp oil
  • 10 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 250 g curds

preparation

Mix the oil, milk, eggs, sugar and cottage cheese, then add the flour mixed with the baking powder and stir.

Place on a baking sheet and cover with the toppings of your choice (eg prunes, apples, cherries, etc.) and bake at 150-180 degrees.
