Wholemeal fruit cake

ingredients
- 500 g wholegrain wheat flour
- 3/4 pck of baking soda
- 250 g of yoghurt
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml of oil
- 1 egg
- about 300 g of fruit
- cinnamon
- lemon juice
preparation
- Stir frothy oil, egg, yoghurt and sugar, add flour and baking powder.
- Put the mass in a greased and crinkled form (also sheet metal).
- Cover with fruit (apple, plums, cherries).
- Then bake in preheated oven (medium heat) for about 45 minutes.
PS: My friend as a diabetic, takes for some ingredients substitutes.
