Pizza with baking powder dough - if you want to go fast
When the family - or just yourself - craves pizza, there's often no time for a yeast dough.
It is also with baking soda!
For a large sheet you need 500 g flour type 405, 550 or a mixture with wholegrain flour
1 packet of baking soda
500 ml buttermilk
a tablespoon of salt
two tablespoons of oil
Stir everything together and, as thin as possible with wet hands on a greased sheet metal paint.
Prove how you want.
Today I've mixed mozzarella with some brine, milk, salt, pepper, chilli, oregano and a decent shot of tomato paste.
That came on the dough.
Sliced tomatoes and zucchini in thin slices. Oregano over it and some garlic. Lastly, a few drops of olive oil.
Preheat the baking tray to 220 ° C and in about 20 minutes the pizza is crispy and ready. Still hot, I rubbed Parmesan over it, which melted quickly on the hot pizza.
