Nectarine cake
You need:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 200 g of flour mixed with 1/2 pck of baking powder
- 100 g of grated almonds
- a good shot of rum
- 3-4 nectarines
- 100 g almond flakes
- some icing sugar
preparation
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until foamy. Then add the flour with baking soda, almonds and rum. Put the dough in a greased springform pan. Cut the nectarines into slices and spread on the dough.
Put the cake in the oven at 175 degrees. After 20 minutes add the almond flakes mixed with icing sugar and bake for another 20 minutes.
Have the cake baked this morning and now he is unfortunately gone again :-(
