Plum cake (tin)

ingredients

For the dough:

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g soft butter or margarine
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1/2 baking powder

preparation

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and soft butter until foamy, mix flour and baking powder and stir.
  2. Spread the dough on a greased baking tray.
  3. Plum jam will pass on it, depending on how much you want. But not more than a glass.

Ceiling:

  1. Beat 2 eggs, 125 g sugar and 125 g soft butter or good margarine until creamy.
  2. Mix 125 g of flour with 50 g of cocoa powder and add to the egg mixture with 1/2 tsp deer horn and 1/2 cup condensed milk or coffee cream and mix to a smooth dough.
  3. Spread this blanket over the plum jam and bake at 190 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
  4. After cooling cool the cake with icing sugar.
