Broad beans with meat ends

The Mettenden (Aldi / Lidl etc.) are cut into bite-sized pieces. A vegetable onion is diced and seared with the fat without adding fat in a pot. It is important that the onions do not turn black, so do not burn and that the sausage pieces do not lose their reddish color. After successful searing, the glass or tin with the beans incl. Liquid is added to the pieces of sausage and the onions. Strain well and let the beans cook. In the meantime stir again and again.

Cook boiled potatoes in parallel. Once the cooking time is reached, thicken the beans with Mondamin sauce binder for light sauces, place the potatoes on the plates and cover with the beans. Additional spices are not needed as the mettlers are spicy enough.

This dish is simple, hearty and tastes great.
