Brownies biscuit variant
This is not the greasy, sticky English variant.
Bake on a large plate and cut into small squares in biscuit size. Holds cool for 3-4 weeks in a can. Flour and sugar are measured in a measuring cup.
250 g of margarine or butter
1/2 L sugar (less if desired)
1 vanilla sugar
2 spoons of cocoa powder
4 eggs
4 rows of chocolate cut into small pieces
1/2 L of flour
100 g walnuts in kl. Break pieces
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Process ingredients into a batter. Brush on large tin and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cut cooled to biscuit size.
