Buttermilk lemon ice cream
Lemons buttermilk ice cream
500 ml of buttermilk are mixed with the juice of 1 - 2 lemons, (a little abrasion of an unsprayed lemon, gives a slightly more bitter note) according to taste. Sweetened is preferably with acacia honey, which gives a special taste. The amount too, depending on how cute you like it. If there is no honey, so is sugar.
200 ml semi-stiff whipped cream and fill into "popsicles" filling. Put in the freezer for a few hours and enjoy.
