Sliced Cabnossi, sliced carrots, diced potatoes and leeks, chop onions.
Roast Cabanossi slices in fat.
Add the onion and lightly sauté.
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp flour and 1/4 ltr. Stock with stirring.
Bring everything to a boil briefly.
Stir in cream.
Add potatoes, carrots and 1/4 liter broth and cook everything over medium heat for about 12 minutes (or until everything is "soft"). Then add leek and processed cheese and continue to cook until the cheese is completely melted. Season with salt-pepper-nutmeg.
