Cake topping with a delicious fresh cream and kiwi slices: I sprinkle a Bisquit pie base with a delicious fresh cream, made from a cup of 200 g Exquisa and a cup of whipped cream 200 g. The cream is not struck until the end stiff, but just before the strength of the cup is added to the cream cheese and everything is stirred well with the blender. The fresh cream is spread on the cake and covered with not too thick kiwi slices. You need about 4 kiwis for a soil. This is something different than always just pudding under the fruit topping. A cake does not have to be. It tastes deliciously fresh.
