- 1 glass of cherries (720 ml)
- 100 g of butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g spoonfuls
- 4 egg whites
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 20 g butter for garnish
preparation
- Drain cherries. Whisk the butter with egg yolk and sugar. Add vanilla sugar and crumbled biscuits.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and place under the mass.
- In a greased casserole dish, first add dough, then cherries and finally dough again.
- Smooth the surface, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle with butterflakes. Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes.
