chive salad

1 serving:

Chives (lots, I always take about 1/3 of a stick out of the LIDL)
1 boiled egg (cold!)
1 boiled potato (cold!)
1/2 onion
1/2 clove of garlic (alternative is also garlic spice)
Salt, pepper, Maggi
Sunflowers or rapeseed oil
wine vinegar
milk

For the dressing milk (a small cup), 3 tablespoons of oil and a dash of vinegar in a bowl. Chop onion and garlic and add. Season with salt, pepper and a little of Maggi.

Dice the egg and add to the dressing. Press the potato into the dressing and crush it all right with a fork. Now let the dressing rest.

Wash the chives, dry and cut into 2 to 5 cm long pieces and add to the dish for dressing, stir and leave for a few minutes, then stir again, done. Good Appetite!

To refine it is possible to add some cut parsley.

As a hint: Is nothing for weak stomachs, because sharp and "works" something in the stomach. Comes from the chive itself, but tastes awesome!
